Gingerbread cookies with Guinness Stout. I actually didn’t get to make these from scratch due to time, but here is a recipe if you have a little time on your hands! What I did instead was go out and buy Gingerbread mix and replaced the water with beer.
Ice Cream Cupcakes
This picture uses Mint Chocolate chip, but the recipe says you can use any ice cream you want. Seems pretty easy and looks delicious!
